Self Storage Services
At each of our locations, we offer services that help make the self storage process easy. You get open access to your unit every day of the week and never have to schedule an appointment. We provide 24-hour security surveillance, but you keep the keys to your padlock and don’t have to rely on anyone to let you in. With month-to-month leases, you can keep your unit as long or as short as you would like with minimal commitment.
Minibox storage units are available as locker-sized cabinets for storing golf clubs and seasonal clothes, moderately sized units for holding business inventory, and large units, suited for storing a whole household of furniture. These options are added benefits to the already simple Minibox storage process.
The Storage Process
- Choose your Minibox location
Pick the Hong Kong location that is most convenient for you. You will have free, unlimited access to your private storage unit every day between 07.00 to 24.00.
- Figure out how much space you need
You get to choose the unit size and type (dehumidified or air conditioned) that fits your storage needs. Choose from as small as a large washing machine to as large as two bedrooms.
- Get a quote
Request a quote via phone, our website or by visiting our reception office. Our reservations require a deposit of one-month’s rent to hold a unit and the price for 30 days. Upon moving in, the deposit will be used as your security deposit, which is refundable after you move out.*
- Visit your storage unit
Meet our customer service manager at your chosen facility during office hours to check out your unit and sign your storage agreement. If the size is not right, you can change it depending on unit availability.
- Choose your packing materials and storage protection
We offer a wide range of boxes and packing materials at our reception office, including padlocks to secure your unit. Our management fee includes storage protection plan to insure your belongings.
- Move in and lock up your unit
Your rental agreement will start upon moving in to your unit. We will give you a unique pin code to access the storage facility. If you need help moving bulky items, we also provide trolleys, pallet jacks and step ladders, or can recommend professional movers. Once moved in, keep your unit locked with your own padlock at all times.
Moving Out of Your Unit
When you no longer need the storage space, we will require you to give us a 14-day notice before moving out of your unit. Then, simply empty the unit and leave it unlocked when you are done. You will be refunded any unused rental payment along with your security deposit.*
